Excavation and grade
We cut, level and compact the pad, and we solve where the water goes before a single yard of concrete arrives. Drainage is the thing that kills courts in Texas clay.
- 02
Post-tension concrete slab
Steel cable tensioned inside the slab after it cures. It is the difference between a court that moves with the soil and a patio that cracks in year three.
- 03
Acrylic resurfacer and colour
Multiple coats of tournament-spec acrylic, built up in layers. Optional cushion system underneath if you want the knees to last as long as the slab.
- 04
Regulation line work
Laid out to the inch and masked by hand. Twenty by forty-four, seven foot non-volley zones, centre line true.
- 05
Net, fencing and lights
Sleeved permanent posts, ten foot mesh where you want it, and LED heads on poles if you want the court to work after work.
